De Adroit Magazine

De Adroit Magazine is the most phenomenal magazine from South-south Nigeria, the only magazine from Akwa Ibom State that continues to wax stronger even as other contemporary print media continues to face annihilation. The most fascinating part has been that the magazine was a success even from its first edition which was released on 25th December 2015. The edition featured Mr. Unyime Idems, a business mogul from Akwa Ibom State and sold over 5000 copies on the day of launching. This feat later made the magazine to be awarded the best selling magazine in the year 2015.

With two editions currently in the market, De Adroit has surprisingly received a myriad of celebrity endorsements that would normally be accorded to magazines that has existed for at least half a decade. From top Hollywood icons like Chiwetalu Agu, Yul Edochie, Jim Lawson and Amanda

Ebeye to Artists like Young6ix, Zillion, Ice Kid and other notable faces like Denrele Dun, Emily Alfred and Sampson Akpan.

With its mission statement pegged on enhancing the knowledge base of people, the magazine feature articles on general interests from entertainment, health, inspiration, motivation and education which makes it appealing to everyone that appreciate contents with a wider perspective on all aspects of life. 

Behind this immense success is a humble hardworking Akwa Ibomite from Eket, Joseph Charles, who started as a presenter on AAMA but went on to a more promising venture when he could not feel fulfilled as a presenter because of the way his eyes looked. When contacted, Joseph Charles, the Chief Executive Editor of De Adroit magazine insinuated that magazine publishing is his way of impacting the society positively. He also expressed gratitude for all the success garnered so far and the strength to keep on going as challenges from funding and the rigour of the business is enough to deter anyone without an unflinching purpose. He also mentioned that the third edition of the magazine is would come out soon and would feature Mercy Mac on the front cover.
